RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS Effective October 2, 2026 Contact JKBuilt LLC through https://jkbuilt.net/help before sending a return. Include your order number and reason. We will confirm eligibility, any agreed return-shipping cost and written instructions. Authorized returns go to JKBuilt LLC, 122 Rush Ave Rear, New Eagle, PA 15067. Unused returns are reviewed individually. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on parts that have been installed, used, modified or damaged during racing or trail riding. Inspect your order before installation. If it is incorrect, incomplete, damaged or appears defective, contact us promptly. We will review the problem and provide the appropriate correction. When our error requires a return, we arrange or cover reasonable return shipping. Request cancellations as soon as possible. Restrictions for parts fabricated to your custom specifications must be disclosed before purchase. A standard part built after ordering is not automatically a custom order. Any agreed custom-order cancellation charge must be lawful and reasonable. Shipping-delay cancellation rights remain unchanged. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. These terms do not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.
