Parts buying guide

How do I choose parts for my UTV?

Match your exact machine to the listing first. Then compare the manufacturer part number, selected option, included items and any exclusions. A similar photo or a matching brand name does not confirm fitment.

All buyer guides · Check fitment

Start with the complete vehicle

Record the year, manufacturer, full model and trim. Include known modifications when asking about compatibility. The store’s machine filters help narrow the collection; the complete fitment information on the product page is the next check.

  • Choose your machine in the shop filters.
  • Open the product and check every listed fitment detail and exclusion.
  • Confirm the option or SKU you plan to buy.
  • Ask about unlisted years, trims or modified setups before ordering.

Use the manufacturer part number

A manufacturer part number identifies a particular manufacturer’s part. A store SKU identifies the option sold in this store. Compare the part number and option with the information supplied by the manufacturer, rather than relying only on a broad product name.

Parts sold as kits can have different contents from individual replacement pieces. Read the included-items list and request clarification when a required piece is not clearly listed.

Universal still needs a specification check

A universal label does not promise a fit for every vehicle. Compare the listing’s dimensions, connectors, mounting requirements and other relevant specifications with your setup. If that information is missing, ask for it before placing an order.

Compare the complete purchase

  • Exact option and current price.
  • Listed contents and required additional pieces.
  • Confirmed fitment or universal specifications.
  • Stock status, dispatch information and shipping terms.
  • Return and warranty terms for the product.

Does a search result prove that a part fits?

No. Search and machine filters narrow the choices. Check the product’s complete fitment, exclusions and selected option before ordering, and ask about anything the listing does not resolve.

What should I send with a fitment question?

Send the product link, manufacturer part number or selected option, vehicle year, make, full model and trim, plus known modifications. Clear photos can help explain a mounting or connector question.

Ask about your exact machine.

Send your vehicle details and the product you are considering. Get an answer before you make assumptions.
