Fitment guide

Will this exhaust fit my UTV?

Start with the exact year, make, model and trim of your machine. Match all of them to the product listing, then read the exclusions and ask about any differences before ordering.

All buyer guides · Check fitment

Write down the complete machine details

A model family name alone is not enough. Have the vehicle year and full model or trim name available when comparing a listing. If you are unsure of those details, confirm them before choosing a part.

  • Vehicle year and manufacturer.
  • Full model name and trim.
  • The product and option you are considering.
  • Any existing engine, exhaust or mounting changes you know about.

Read the exclusions as carefully as the fitment

A listing can fit a specific version while excluding a different trim or configuration. Read the complete fitment description rather than stopping at the vehicle make or a photograph.

Do not assume that a fitment range extends to an unlisted year. A year or trim that is not listed needs confirmation, even if the machines look alike.

Ask about your setup, not a generic machine

Send the exact vehicle details and a link to the product. Describe known changes and include clear photos when they help show the question. This gives JKBuilt something specific to review.

If the listing does not answer a question about included pieces or installation, request that information before ordering. This guide does not replace the product-specific instructions.

A useful fitment question

“I have a [year] [make] [full model and trim]. I am considering [product and option]. My machine has [known changes, or none known]. Does the listed fitment cover this exact setup, and is anything else required?”

Ask about your exact machine.

Send your vehicle details and the product you are considering. Get an answer before you make assumptions.
