Before you buy

Read the whole exhaust listing.

A product photo and a price are a starting point. Check the exact option, what you receive, the fitment description and dispatch information so the order matches your expectations.

Know what the photos show

Compare the product name and selected option with the photos and captions. A gallery may show one installed configuration; it does not mean every visible part or machine accessory is included.

Ask for a clearer view if the photographs do not answer your question. Do not use the appearance of a similar setup as a substitute for the listing’s written fitment.

Check the selected option and contents

The listed contents are what to compare with your needs. If something is not clearly included, ask before adding it to your order.

  • Confirm the option label and its current price.
  • Read the included-items list, rather than assuming a complete kit.
  • Look for product-specific installation information and unresolved questions.
  • Check whether the listing describes an in-stock item or a made-to-order item.

Separate dispatch from delivery

Dispatch or build time describes when the order is expected to leave JKBuilt. A carrier’s transit estimate is a different part of the timeline. Read both before deciding when you need the item.

Where shipping is available at checkout, review the service and amount for your address before payment. Do not assume that a displayed product price includes shipping or tax unless it says so.

Keep the order details easy to find

Keep the product link and the selected option with any answers you receive. Read the shipping, returns and warranty policies linked on the site before placing an order.

If the site says checkout is not open, a visible listing is not a completed order. Contact JKBuilt for product questions while ordering is on hold.

Ask about your exact machine.

Send your vehicle details and the product you are considering. Get an answer before you make assumptions.
