Availability & shipping

When will my parts arrive?

Check the product’s availability and dispatch information, then review the shipping service at checkout. Dispatch describes when an order leaves; carrier transit describes the journey after that. They are separate parts of the timeline.

Read the exact option’s availability

Availability can differ between options for the same product. Check the option you intend to buy rather than treating a gallery photo or a category listing as a stock count.

Supplier availability and inventory physically held by JKBuilt are different. A supplier’s stock figure does not establish that the item is on JKBuilt’s shelf. Use the product’s ordering information and contact JKBuilt when the fulfillment details are unclear.

Allow for dispatch before transit

A dispatch or build estimate covers preparation before shipment. A carrier estimate covers transit after the package is handed over. A transit estimate alone does not promise the date an order will arrive.

If a date matters for a race, trip or repair, send the product, selected option, delivery destination and required date before buying. Ask which parts of the timeline can be confirmed.

Review the final checkout details

An ordinary letter service may have no tracking when the listing says so. Check the service description instead of assuming every order has a tracked parcel shipment.

  • Selected product and option.
  • Available shipping service and charge for your address.
  • Any stated dispatch or build time.
  • Tax and final order total.
  • Shipping, return and warranty terms.

Is dispatch time the same as delivery time?

No. Dispatch time describes preparation before shipment. Carrier transit begins after handoff. Review both estimates and ask for clarification if your order must arrive by a specific date.

Does supplier stock mean the item is on JKBuilt’s shelf?

No. Supplier availability and JKBuilt’s physical stock are separate. Review the product’s availability and fulfillment information, and ask about a time-sensitive order before paying.

Ask about your exact machine.

Send your vehicle details and the product you are considering. Get an answer before you make assumptions.
